Hello, my name is Jill Warner and I am the proud owner of Finger Lakes Doodles. As the owner, my primary goal is to help families find the perfect puppy that will seamlessly fit into their family dynamic. I am incredibly passionate about doodles and truly believe that they are the greatest companions one could ask for. When you decide to work with Finger Lakes Doodles I am the only person you will talk to. I am personally responsible for every detail including raising each and every puppy that I whelp.
At Finger Lakes Doodles, I understand that purchasing a puppy is a big decision, which is why I strive to provide families with all the necessary information they need to make an informed choice. Unfortunately, not all breeders operate with the same level of integrity. That's why I am dedicated to educating the community about the differences between reputable breeders and others, and why it is crucial to know all the details before making a purchase.
Once a puppy is placed with a family, my commitment doesn't end there. I find immense joy in maintaining a strong and lasting relationship with each family. I am here to offer support, encouragement, motivation, and a listening ear as you navigate the journey of raising your new furry family member.
Through my social media accounts and website, I strive to showcase my genuine passion for fostering healthy relationships between people and dogs. I have a particular love for obedience training and therapy dog work, and I am always thrilled to share that energy and enthusiasm with families who are inspired to do the same.
Choosing a breeder is more than just finding a puppy; it's about finding a trusted partner who will support you every step of the way. At Finger Lakes Doodles, I am dedicated to ensuring that your experience is nothing short of exceptional.
I am a licensed and inspected pet breeder approved by the New York State Department of Agriculture. To maintain the highest standards of care, my property, dogs, and records are regularly inspected by the department, who conduct surprise visits to ensure compliance. It is important to note that in New York State, both breeders and rescues/shelters that sell nine or more dogs per calendar year are legally required to hold a license. Therefore, when choosing a breeder or rescue, it is essential to verify their registration and licensing with the New York State Department of Agriculture for your peace of mind and the well-being of the animals involved.
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) is a process that introduces mild stresses to very young puppies in a controlled way. These stresses help stimulate the neurological system which improves the growth and development of the pup’s immune system, cardiovascular system, and stress tolerance. ENS is done for 2 consecutive weeks starting 3 days after the puppies are born. The process consists of 5 simple and harmless exercises.

What is Puppy Culture?
Puppy Culture is a program developed by Jane Killion, professional dog trainer and breeder. It is a comprehensive, organized program for breeders to follow during the first weeks of a puppy’s life.
The first 12 weeks of a puppy’s life are incredibly important. This is an almost magical time when we have the power to change the outcome of a puppy’s life by what we choose to teach him. By doing just the right things at just the right time, we can give your puppy the best start possible.

Many families live too far to come and visit us in person. With finding the perfect match between puppy and family at the center of what we do all Finger Lakes Doodle puppies are given a temperament test. This test is done at seven weeks to provide our future puppy parents as much information as possible prior to picking the best puppy to complete their family. Armed with this testing, pictures, and videos provided during the first six weeks, even our farthest away families feel confident picking a pup.
Our Doodles are protected against genetically inherited diseases because we DNA test our parents! We test all our breeding dogs through Paw Prints Genetics. We offer a one year health guarantee. Rest easy knowing great care has been taken to breed the healthiest puppies possible. We want your new family member to live a long heathy life by your side.
Hilton Animal Hospital & Reproductive Center
A highly sought out provider for reproductive care. Bringing our dogs to receive the best possible care from professionals that stay at the cutting edge of canine reproduction and wellness ensures that we are only breeding healthy dogs. Pregnancy and delivery for canines can have its challenges and emergencies. A strong health relationship with this vet team keeps my breeding dogs and their litters safe. Discount breeders don’t provide this quality of care to their dogs. Make sure you know what you are supporting when you make buying decisions.
The Canine Health Check is a genetic screen of more than 250 different inherited diseases and traits. Common, inherited diseases include those that affect metabolism, bones, eyes, kidneys and many more. You can receive results for your puppy to eliminate any surprises. Results will show you what type of coat your puppy will have curly or wavy. As puppies grow coat types can change. This is a tool we to use to help our puppy families know as much information as possible about the puppy they are taking home.
